Debbie’s career spans over 20 years in human resources, including senior-level roles at Colgate-Palmolive, Honeywell, Bayer, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Syngenta. As a global voice on culture, leadership, and organizational development, her change experience spans various industries, including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, crop science, and biotechnology.
She was appointed to the board of the Triangle Society for Human Resources Management as Certification Chair, serving from 2018-2021. She also serves her community through Dress for Success as a Career Coach to underserved women re-entering the workforce. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, a non-profit organization that provides community service throughout the world.
